How it works to buy?

Follow our step-by-step guide on how you buy products on our website. 

Step 1

For all purchase products you must select a time period. This is the period which your order will be fulfilled and delivered to you. 

If we are unable to fulfil your order in the designated time we will contact you via email.

Step 2

Click the menu dropdown and select Products to buy page. Select the product you wish to purchase. 

Check out our terms and conditions on all sales orders.

STEP 3

Select the quantity you want to buy and add to cart. All purchase orders have free delivery.

STEP 4

It is time to check your order. If you are happy please proceed to checkout. 

Step 5

You have the optional choice to register an account or continue as guest.

If you register an account with us this will speed up your checkout process going forward. Please review our privacy policy which details your rights as a customer.

STEP 6

Fill out the checkout boxes and complete all the required fields. Click complete checkout and your recovery journey is about to begin. 

You will receive an email from us confirming we have received your order. We will begin our checks.

STEP 7

Once we have confirmed your order we will forward you your invoice. If you are happy please move on to making the payment of invoice which is due on receipt.

Bank Payment Options

At checkout, there are two ways to pay your order:

1) Bank Transfer - We will include our bank details at the bottom of the invoice emailed to you. When we receive your payment an email will be sent to you to confirm receipt of payment. Please note that a bank transfer does not include any surcharges. 

2) Paypal - Below you will see how you can make a payment with Paypal. You do not need a Paypal account to make payment. All payments made with Paypal will be subject to a 3% surcharge on the value of your order. 

All orders must be paid 24 hours before the start date of your order otherwise we have the right to cancel the order. 

We do not withhold or store any card information. 

PayPal

On confirmation of your order we will send you a link by email. Click the link and you will be directed to payment web page. To make payment you must Click on the Paypal option box. 

If you have a Paypal account, log in and pay, or, you can pay by direct debit or credit card. For clinic customers we will invoice you seperately.
