Governing Law

The governing law of this equipment rental agreement and the Company’s Terms and Conditions shall be the substantive law of Jersey.

The Company and the Customer irrevocably agree that the courts of Jersey shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with this equipment rental agreement (including its subject matter or formation) and the Company’s Terms and Conditions.

Acceptance

I hereby confirm before making the Payment that:

• I agree to all the details above in this Equipment Rental Agreement;

• I agree to the Company’s Terms and Conditions;

• I have read the Medical Conditions Questionnaire; and

• I have read the Privacy Policy, as set out on the Company’s website.

By making the Payment to the Company or otherwise arranging the Payment by another on your behalf you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older, and, you agree to comply with the terms of this Equipment Rental Agreement, the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.
