How does it work?

Follow the step by step guide on how to begin your journey to recovery.

STEP 1

Select the period banner on our home page and select the period you wish to rent our products for (weekly rentals).

STEP 2

Click on the products to rent menu option and select the product you need/want. Ensure you check out the medical conditions page before you proceed to the next step.  

STEP 3

Once you have selected your product of choice, click add to cart. If you want to add additional wraps for other joint areas check out the wraps page. 

STEP 4

It is time to check your order. View your cart. If you want delivery / pick up from home please select the tick boxes (note these are subject to charges). You can also opt for free collection. You can select the options on where to collect at checkout. 

Before you proceed to the next stage, please ensure you read the rental agreement and our terms and conditions on rental orders.

STEP 5

You have the optional choice to register an account or continue as guest.

If you register an account with us this will speed up your checkout process going forward. Please review our privacy policy which details your rights as a customer. 

STEP 6

Fill out the checkout boxes and complete all the required fields. Click complete checkout and your recovery journey is about to begin. 

You will receive an email from us confirming we have received your order. We will begin our checks.

Step 7

Once we have confirmed your order we will forward to you our rental agreement (see STEP 4) and invoice. If you are happy please move on to making the payment of invoice which needs to be settled 24 hrs before your rental period. 

Bank payment options

At checkout, there are two ways to pay your order:

1) Bank Transfer - We will include our bank details at the bottom of the invoice emailed to you. When we receive your payment an email will be sent to you to confirm receipt of payment. Please note that a bank transfer does not include any surcharges. 

2) Paypal - Below you will see how you can make a payment with Paypal. You do not need a Paypal account to make payment. All payments made with Paypal will be subject to a 3% surcharge on the value of your order. 

All orders must be paid 24 hours before the start date of your order otherwise we have the right to cancel the order. 

We do not withhold or store any card information. 

PayPal

On confirmation of your order we will send you a link by email. Click the link and you will be directed to payment web page. To make payment you must Click on the Paypal option box. 

If you have a Paypal account, log in and pay, or, you can pay by direct debit or credit card. For clinic customers we will invoice you seperately.
